Last week, we shot Cary & Carla's Engagement photos downtown Provo. This couple is adorable. Carla moved to Germany just months after they started dating, but they continued their relationship through-out her stay across the world. Just weeks after she returned, Cary asked Carla to marry him. Last week we shot their Engagement photos in Provo and came up with these!
This past month, I was in over my head. I was one of the people in charge of my high school reunion, I did the Relay for Life and was the team captain for that, and my work moved offices. ALL IN THE SAME WEEKEND! So... there was a lot of prep before that weekend and once the weekend was over, I slept. A lot. But don't worry, because I was able to sleep at the beach and next to the pool for 3 days. But I can't prove it to you because my mind was so flustered while packing that I FORGOT MY CAMERA! And I call myself a photographer...
Well anyways, the other day I saw the quote "Focus on being productive instead of busy." I'd like to think that I was being productive the past month....
Well, here is what has been neglected and upcoming!
So I have blogged about Amy, my little sister before. Remember, the 15 year old who knows everything about love? If you missed that part, you can read about it here! Well, another thing she knows a lot about is this thing called basketball. She's pretty good. So about a month and half ago, when she had a cortizone shot in her knee and it put her in a wheel chair for a month because she couldn't feel her leg after, it was kind of a tragic event in her life. But, now she can all the sudden walk again and feels her leg. And the pain that comes with it all. It's a miracle.
So with that being said, I think I'll show you a video of what she is capable of. I've been her sister now for 15 years, and I'm NOW just seeing this video... granted, it did only take place this past year. I guess that's just what happens when I don't live at home anymore.
Just remember, I taught her everything she knows.

Lets just say, my brother and I are already writing down our list of "gifts" we would appreciate once she's in the WNBA. You know, for putting up with her all these years to get her "where she is today". They wont be too long, after the beach house of course. *mmh hmm*
Here are some pictures I took over the weekend here in Provo. Believe it or not, it was warm. And it did feel like Spring. Now, it feels like we're back to Winter. Hopefully Spring comes back. Soon.
